Therapy for when you’re carrying more than people realize
You’re used to holding everything together at work, at home, and in your relationships. From the outside, it may look like you’re managing just fine, though inside it can feel exhausting: anxiety that won’t quiet down, relentless self-criticism, perfectionism, and constant pressure. But despite all that, you're not allowed to fall apart. You keep going, no matter how hard it feels.
You carry so much. You don’t have to carry it alone.
I provide online individual and couples therapy for anxiety, burnout, trauma, chronic health issues, and relationship concerns to adults across Colorado, including Denver and Aurora, via secure telehealth. My approach to therapy is calm, collaborative, and direct. I work with both individuals and couples to create a safe, steady space for insight, growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
Who I work with:
Adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or chronic heath issues
Couples who want to rebuild trust, manage conflict, or deepen their connection
LGBTQ+ people and relationships seeking affirming therapy
Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, Burnout, and Chronic Health Conditions
You're navigating the complexities of a full life, yet the internal cost of anxiety, trauma or chronic health issues is becoming unsustainable. You’ve likely tried to push your way through, but finding a way forward requires more than just willpower, and you keep getting stuck in the struggle. That’s where therapy can help.
I offer online therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or the emotional weight of chronic illness. My approach is integrative and evidence-based. My individual therapy work is grounded in several therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We work to understand your internal world, connect with your values, and take steps toward a life aligned with what matters to you rather than fear or old patterns. I also incorporate somatic (body-based) perspectives. We don’t just talk about your challenges; we look at how stress and trauma are held in your nervous system. I am also trained in both EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support people who have experienced trauma.
As a queer therapist, I prioritize creating a deeply affirming and safe space. I also strive to honor and center the experiences of clients whose identities or lived realities may differ from my own, including those shaped by systemic oppression. You deserve therapy that recognizes and respects the full complexity of your experience.
Couples and Relationship Therapy to Rebuild Trust and Strengthen Connection
Relationships can feel disconnected, stuck, or strained, even when you want things to be different. Maybe you’re struggling to recover after a breach of trust and don’t know how to move forward. Maybe conflict has become constant, circular, or emotionally exhausting. Or maybe you’re feeling increasingly distant from one another, unsure how you got here or how to find your way back. Couples therapy provides a structured, supportive space to reconnect.
I help partners understand the patterns they get pulled into, especially during moments of conflict, distance, or hurt. Together, we slow those patterns down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and create space for more honest, secure, and meaningful connection. Rather than focusing only on communication skills, our work will center on emotional safety, responsiveness, and the underlying needs and fears that shape how you relate to one another.
I provide a knowledgeable and affirming space for relationships of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ relationships and those navigating experiences shaped by marginalization. I also work with partners practicing consensual nonmonogamy. My goal is to help partners feel seen, understood, and hopeful about what’s possible in their relationship.
Therapy That Helps You Move Forward, Not Just Talk in Circles
Therapy with me is warm, grounding, and intentional. You won’t be left alone to figure things out. Together, we'll work with clarity, direction, and actionable steps.
Many clients come to therapy having tried to make changes on their own. They've read all the articles, or pushed through with willpower, yet still feel stuck. My role is to help you finally shift the patterns that keep you from living the life or nurturing the relationship you want.
